Тавантолгой түлш ХХК хүний нөөц, ажилтнуудынхаа нийгмийн асуудалд онцгой анхаарал хандуулан ажиллаж байна. Тодруулбал, Нийгмийн хамгаалал, хөдөлмөрийн яамтай хамтран 1700 гаруй ажилтан ажиллаж байгаа хөдөлмөрийн хүнд, хортой 30 ажлын байранд үнэлгээ хийлгэсэн байна. Үүнээс хүнд хортой нөхцөлтэй 12 ажлын байрны 1298 ажилтны ажлын байрыг хүнд хортой нөхцөлд тооцож, хуульд нийцүүлжээ. Ийнхүү хуульд нийцүүлснээр дээрх ажилтнуудад сард дунджаар 50 гаруй сая төгрөгийн нэмэгдэл олгож байна.
Дээрх ажилчдыг хөдөлмөрийн хүнд хортой нөхцөлд хамруулснаар тэтгэвэрт гарах насыг таван жилээр наашлуулах, цалин нэмэгдэх амралтын хугацаа уртсах боломжтой юм. Хуульд нийцүүлснээр эхний таван жилд 102, арван жилийн хугацаанд 153 хүн тэтгэвэрт гарах юм байна.
Мөн ажилтнуудыг хавар, намартаа эрүүл мэндийн урьдчилсан үзлэгт хоёр үе шаттайгаар хамруулж, нийт 1864 ажилтныг лабораторын шинжилгээнд хамруулжээ.
Нийгмийн асуудлыг шийдвэрлэх ажлын хүрээнд компанийн нийт ажилтны цалингийн сүлжлэлийн нэгдсэн журам батлуулж ажилтны сарын үндсэн цалинг дунджаар 15 хүртэл хувиар нэмсэн байна. Мөн “Гүйцэтгэлийн үр дүнгээр нэмэгдэл хөлс олгох тухай журам”-ыг шинэчлэн 170 албан тушаалын 1800 гаруй ажилтанд 700,0 сая төгрөгийн хүйтний нэмэгдэл олгожээ.
